Yo! Just submitting some pictures of vinegaroons, since they’re so cool and I didn’t see many pictures of them doing much but standing in the defensive posture. Here’s my girlie eating, carrying babies, and posing.

Thanks for sending in your images of your pet Vinegaroon and her brood.
At an insect “gourmet” demonstration, I learned that folks who are ‘deathly’ allergic to crab, shrimp, etc. should also avoid the prepping & eating of the entire class of arachnida. (& others?)
I’ve never seen one of those in the south. Cool.
So, is this a whiptail?
Vinegaroons are Whipscorpions in the order Uropygi.
I never get class and phylum straight… had looked at Wikipedia Thelyphonida page for reference. Could need editing?
