I have found two of these so far. One inside my house and the one in the picture was in the grout between my bricks outside.

This spider, Dysdera crocata, is known as a Sowbug Killer (https://www.whatsthatbug.com/sowbug-killer-all-you-need-to-know/) as well as other common names, including Woodlouse Hunter. According to BugGuide (https://bugguide.net/node/view/3388) it is “The only member of the family in NA” and “Bites by the woodlouse spider, Dysdera crocata, are virtually innocuous. The main symptom is minor pain, typically lasting less than 1 hr, probably due mostly to the mechanical puncture of the skin.”
