Dear Terry,
Like many plants and creatures found in Hawaii, the Oleander Hawkmoth Caterpillar is a non-native, introduced species.
We have them here in the Kalamula Homestead. Our Cactus Rose is their choice of food. They also come in a brown and pink color. Not sure what do.
