Dear Avik,
We are not sure what this centipede is but we’ve have other reports on What’s That Bug? of bioluminescent centipedes. Many organisms are capable of bioluminescence including fireflies, glowworms, and certain species of fish and jellyfish. The blog ALEPHROCCO (https://alephrocco.com/2020/08/03/bioluminescent-centipedes/) has some great images of bioluminescent centipedes. According to Britannica (https://www.britannica.com/science/bioluminescence/The-range-and-variety-of-bioluminescent-organisms#ref160138): “luminous centipedes and millipedes are not uncommon”
