oooh – I just saw the page for the Long-Jawed Longhorn Beetle – I think that’s what it is.
You are correct. This is a Long-Jawed Longhorn Beetle, Trachyderes mandibularis, and according to BugGuide: “Hosts: Citrus, Parkinsonia, Salix, Celtis (Hovore et al. 1987).”
