Gray Hairstreak

Gray Hairstreak

Hi Clare,
The color is somewhat washed out, but this appears to be a Gray Hairstreak,
Strymon melinus, a species found throughout North America, according to BugGuide.  The Gray Hairstreak is sharing the blossom with a Honey Bee.
