Thought you might like to have these photos I took of Nuttall’s Blister Beetle. I didn’t know what they were at the time, but since found ID on the internet. There were a lot of them feeding and mating. Photo was taken June 30, 2013 around midday of a scorching hot day at Lac Pelletier Regional Park, south of Swift Current Saskatchewan. They are so beautiful you’d like to wear them – now that I know they can secrete a blistering compound, I’m glad I didn’t decide to tie a string on one and attach it to my lapel!
