Hello, my name is Nick Sulkowski.  …
I have designed an awesome bug catching toy called BugAlien. I am bringing it to market and using Kickstarter to get the word out.
Would you take a look at my project and watch the video at the link: http://kck.st/LJDy94  and consider featuring my Kickstarter project on What’s That Bug?
I believe it is a unique device that would be very well received by your readership.
Thank you so much for this consideration,

Hi Nick,
We are posting and featuring your email.  We especially like your father’s patent drawing from 1986.

Hi Daniel,
Great!  Thank you so much!  Where can I view the post?

Update:  Friday the 13th of July 2012
Daniel,
I just want to let you know…
I’m working on creating a website. When it is complete Whatsthatbug.com will have a permanent link on it, as a show of kindness to you for helping me.  I’ve received several backers from your website.  Kickstarter allows me to see where my backers come from.
Thank you Daniel so much!
Nick

It is our pleasure Nick.  We fully support educational insect products.

Okay, I give up. How did you get it to float in mid air for the photograph? Should be a hit with the kids, good luck.

Wow! This looks like a really neat product! Everyone who likes bugs enough to be on this website should own one. After reading up on it, it looks like they are really trying to produce a quality product for a reasonable price, and the product in its original form has stood the test of time. I, for one, am going to order one for each of my grandkids in hope of getting the project fully funded by the deadline.

Please let Nick know you learned about his product from our website since we did not charge him for advertising.

Okay, I will gladly let Nick know so he can thank you for the advertizing! I have also let friends of mine know to look it up through your website.

p.s. to my last comment – I just sent a message to Nick as you requested, but also found that he had already thanked your website in his latest Update! I’m glad you can cooperate in promoting each other, as you both have great things to offer the bug-loving public.

Hi everyone. I’m very sorry I have not posted here until now. I am so grateful for the wonderful response I’ve received from “What’s That Bug?” readers and webmasters.

To answer the question from aussietrev: Actually it is a photorealistic rendering from a SolidWorks CAD model.

BugAlien finally has his own dedicated website: http://BugAlien.com

A quick update: BugAlien’s mold is finally being cut and we should have product in hand by November. It has taken so much longer than I would have imagined, but believe me, BugAlien will be worth the wait!

Thanks again to all my What’s That Bug supporters!!!

    My Best!
    Nick Sulkowski
