Perdona porque nuestro Espanol no esta bueno.  Su insecto esta una chinche acuatica.  Your insect is an aquatic bug or Giant Water Bug, also known as a Toe-Biter or Electric Light Bug.
Alas, this appears to be unnecessary carnage.
